I was very impressed with the build quality of this slider, especially considering the affordable price. It slides super smooth. I do feel like my friction slider may be a little easier to get consistently smooth shots with just because it doesn't slide quite so easily. Roller sliders slide so effortlessly that it can be tough to keep a consistent speed. With that said I'm still very happy with the quality of this particular slider and have liked everything I've gotten from Flexsmart so far.

I was nervous about buying a slider without trying it first but checked out reviews and at this price point it's not much of a risk.
I've enjoyed using it. There is a bit of a wobble when my camera gets to one end of the slider but that's to do with my tripod quick release plate needing an adjustment I think. It's a nice, cheap tool to use to get more creative shots than I could get without it and I'm still playing around with tripod/Pan&Tilt Head configurations.
You could pay more for motors or a longer length but this suits my needs for now.

Excellent slider for the money, true bang for your buck...very portable. Because of the size can stay on tripod there at the ready whenever you need it. Very smooth...
