How does delivery work?
✔︎ We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders can be shipped and fulfilled from the main Flexsmart warehouse or multiple distribution centers around the world. Depending on the product and inventory, we ship from our warehouses located in the United States / Singapore / Shanghai / Estonia.
When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within a day or so – the system can take some time to catch up.
Standard Shipping Times:*
International: 5-15 business days
USA and Canada: 7-20 business days
*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable), currently we are unable to take responsibility for order delays due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak caused by the Omicron variant. We're still using a tracked express service but please expect delays that we are not able to control. Thank you for your understanding!
